Wealth management platform L1 has officially launched a suite of on-chain high-alpha investment strategies managed by top crypto-native hedge funds—an initiative designed to unlock sophisticated financial products previously limited to institutional investors and the ultra-wealthy.
The offering, which is now live, includes strategies from Fasanara Digital, FalconX, and Bastion Trading, with more asset managers expected to be on board in the near future. By leveraging tokenized smart contract vaults, L1 aims to reshape hedge fund access, offering speed, transparency, and reduced entry barriers for accredited investors.

According to Miguel Kudry, CEO and co-founder of L1, the platform is built to challenge long-standing norms in hedge fund investing.
“Traditionally, hedge funds were gated behind million-dollar minimums and complex onboarding,” he said. “We’re dismantling those barriers by bringing these strategies onchain, with streamlined KYC, custody, and execution.”
To that end, L1 integrates Keyring’s zero-knowledge proof technology for on-chain identity verification. This allows accredited investors to complete KYC instantly, subscribe to strategies in minutes, and receive tokenized shares directly into their wallets, eliminating the need for weeks-long processing or exposure to multiple data handlers.
In addition to easier access, L1 is introducing a portfolio construction tool that enables both investors and financial advisors to build diversified allocations across liquid tokens, yield-generating products, and active hedge fund strategies, all within a unified interface.
As L1 scales, its goal is to become the operating system for modern on-chain wealth management, marrying institutional-grade strategy access with the usability of decentralized finance.
However, not everyone is optimistic about the rapid expansion of crypto. In contrast, Elliott Management, the $70 billion hedge fund, has issued a stark warning. In a letter to investors seen by the Financial Times, the firm criticized the U.S. government’s increasing support for digital assets, calling it a driver of speculative excess.
