The majority of users connect with wallets such as MetaMask, Phantom, or Coinbase Wallet using browser extensions. Extensions live right in the browser and instantly connect to any dApp. Users have everything they need to transfer tokens, mint NFTs, or sign some transactions with literally one click. As a result, the web browser becomes a control center of sorts for your digital assets.

Browsers also act as the bridge between users and Web3 platforms. Whether it is a decentralized exchange, staking dashboard, or lending protocol, almost all of them run through web interfaces. This implies that users depend on the browser to show them the right information, to load safe web pages, and perform interactions with smart contracts behind the scenes.
Since all these processes are dependent on the web browser in some way or another, this makes trust in the browser an extremely important matter. Any compromise to the integrity of the browser will not be limited to just browsing histories or cookies, but could affect finances as well. Hence, any new layer introduced to browsers, such as the AI system, becomes a matter of concern.

AI browsers have begun to change the way that individuals engage with the Internet, and their emergence has presented both opportunities and threats for crypto activities.
