Crypto exchange OKX has unveiled a new European campaign in partnership with the McLaren F1 Team, aiming to boost brand visibility and accelerate crypto adoption ahead of the 2025 Dutch Grand Prix in Zandvoort.
Running through August 31, the campaign centers around high-impact fan engagement, including immersive VIP experiences and exclusive McLaren merchandise giveaways. The initiative targets both seasoned crypto users and newcomers, offering them the opportunity to connect with OKX through Formula 1’s global stage.

New users who complete identity verification and make their first trade on OKX will receive a guaranteed McLaren F1 Team cap and be entered into a draw to win one of three VIP Race Experiences. Existing customers can also participate by referring friends; both referrer and referee will become eligible for the same prizes once onboarding is complete.
Additional rewards will be unlocked as user milestones are hit, with giveaways for the 1,000th, 2,500th, and 5,000th qualifying participants.
OKX emphasized that the campaign is aligned with its broader strategy to convert event-driven sign-ups into long-term, engaged customers. The company also highlighted its early compliance with the EU’s Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) regulation, having already secured a MiCA license underscoring its commitment to regulatory standards and user protection.
The campaign forms part of OKX’s global roadmap, using major sports partnerships to increase market share, deepen engagement, and expand its presence across Europe’s growing crypto landscape. In a parallel move to broaden its global reach, OKX also announced its integration with the Global Dollar Network, enabling support for the USDG stablecoin. The integration disclosed on July 14 offers OKX’s 60 million users across 180 countries direct access to a fully backed digital dollar, further expanding USDG’s presence.
