Gate DEX has integrated Robinhood Chain into its platform, becoming one of the first major exchange-based onchain gateways to support the network across trading, wallet, and cross-chain services.
The update allows users to access Robinhood Chain assets through the Gate app, manage tokens in Gate Wallet, swap assets, and interact with decentralized applications from a single interface. Users must update the Gate app to version 8.27.0 or later to use the new features.
Excited to support the growing @RobinhoodCrypto ecosystem. 🤝@GateDEX has fully integrated Robinhood Chain, enabling users to discover ecosystem assets, manage wallets, trade onchain, execute cross-chain swaps, and track market opportunities through a unified Web3 gateway.

The integration also extends to Gate Alpha, the platform’s onchain asset discovery section, where users can view and trade Robinhood Chain ecosystem tokens. Gate said Alpha now supports projects including Noxa.fun and Bankr, giving users direct access to new assets within the ecosystem.
Robinhood Chain expands across Gate’s ecosystem
Beyond asset listings, Gate has added Robinhood Chain support to several parts of its Web3 platform. Gate Wallet now supports asset storage, transfers, and decentralized application access on the network.
Gate DEX Swap supports both single-chain and cross-chain swaps involving Robinhood Chain. Professional trading features also include market orders for Robinhood Chain assets, while the platform’s market tracker and chain scanner now display ecosystem tokens and activity.
The exchange said cross-chain transfers are powered by Across and LayerZero, allowing assets to move between Robinhood Chain, Ethereum, BNB Chain, and Base.
Exchanges are racing to support new blockchains
Adding a new blockchain has become more than a listing decision. Exchanges are competing to become the primary gateway into emerging ecosystems before user activity reaches its peak.
That competition now centers on infrastructure with wallet support, cross-chain transfers, token discovery, and decentralized application access often determining whether users remain inside one platform or move elsewhere. A network that lacks those services can struggle to attract sustained trading activity, even if it launches with strong developer interest.
For exchanges, early integration also creates an opportunity to capture trading volume before rival platforms complete their own support. As more blockchains launch specialized ecosystems, exchanges are expanding beyond token listings and building complete onchain environments that keep users on a single platform for trading, asset management, and decentralized finance.
Gate had launched gStocks, a tokenized securities service that lets users trade digital tokens backed 1:1 by underlying stocks. The platform also supports fractional investing from as little as 1 USDT, while free two-way conversion between tokenized stocks and the underlying shares is planned for a future update.
