OKX Australia has launched two innovative trading bots Spot Grid Bot and DCA Martingale designed to provide Australian crypto traders with advanced automated tools for market engagement.
The bots simplify crypto trading by automating strategies, allowing users to trade 24/7 while managing risk on their terms.
With Australia’s crypto user base projected to reach 11.8 million by 2025, these bots address the growing demand for automated trading solutions. The Spot Grid Bot enables traders to buy and sell within a specified price range, while the DCA Martingale Bot lowers traders’ average purchase cost by buying more of an asset when prices fall. Both bots include customizable stop-loss settings and real-time monitoring for enhanced risk management.
Available now via the OKX app, with web access coming soon, the bots are part of OKX’s broader strategy to increase crypto accessibility. This effort builds on existing features like direct AUD deposits and recurring buys. Since its Australian launch in May 2024, OKX has seen local trading volumes triple. To further engage users, the platform has launched the “Bot Up Your Game” campaign, offering up to 60 USDT in rewards for using the bots.
Additionally, OKX is running a “Summer of Crypto” campaign, with live price billboards in Sydney and offering new customers $20 in Bitcoin after completing a $20 trade within their first 14 days. The company has expanded its local team by 150% and recently won “Cryptocurrency Exchange of the Year” at the WeMoney Cryptocurrency Awards.
In another development, OKX and Crypto.com received full licenses under the EU’s Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA) from the Malta Financial Services Authority on January 27 to provide regulated services across the European Economic Area, utilizing MiCA’s “passporting” mechanism. OKX plans to expand its offerings, while Crypto.com aims to introduce new services for EEA users. Both companies commended the EU’s regulatory framework for improving operational efficiency and compliance.
