SEND Arcade, a Solana-based gaming platform, has launched the second season of its blockchain-based survival game, Squad Game.
The platform announced that entry passes for the new season are available for minting on NFT marketplace, Magic Eden, starting December 30.

The game offers a limited supply of 456 entry passes, each priced at 0.69 SOL, which amounts to approximately $133,177 at current market rates. In its first phase, the minting process is exclusive to whitelisted wallets holding over 50,000 SEND tokens as of the teaser announcement. This whitelist phase runs from 13:11 UTC to 16:11 UTC, with each wallet permitted to mint up to two passes. The public phase begins at 16:20 UTC, making the remaining passes accessible to all wallets.
According to SEND Arcade’s website, about 48 out of 100 available passes had been minted at the time of writing. In a statement on X, the platform encouraged players to join the game or gift passes to friends, emphasizing the limited supply and excitement of the experience.
Squad Game mirrors elements of Netflix’s popular Squid Game series and coincides with the release of its second season on December 26. The blockchain adaptation involves over 450 participants competing in a three-week interactive survival challenge. The prize pool grows as players are eliminated.
In the first round, players select one of four symbols—circle, triangle, star, or umbrella. The symbol chosen by the fewest players becomes the “Death Symbol,” leading to the elimination of those who picked it. The second round, Red Light, Red Light, draws inspiration from the iconic Squid Game scene featuring a deadly version of freeze tag.
While details about the remaining rounds remain under wraps, SEND Arcade hinted that the upcoming season might introduce new challenges in line with the fresh elements featured in Squid Game Season 2.
