Bybit has launched RWA Earn, a new platform that gives eligible users access to tokenized institutional investment products. The launch was made in partnership with DigiFT and Plume, which provide the infrastructure behind the offering.
The platform allows users to subscribe to tokenized bond funds using USDC without leaving the crypto ecosystem. Bybit said the goal is to make investment products that were traditionally reserved for large institutions more accessible to eligible crypto users.
According to the company, subscriptions, fund allocation, and on-chain operations are handled through regulated infrastructure provided by DigiFT and Plume.
Tokenized institutional bond funds from PIMCO and CMBI are now live on @Bybit_Official — with DigiFT as the regulated issuance layer and @plumenetwork providing the on-chain infrastructure.

Which bond funds are available at launch?
RWA Earn launches with two tokenized bond funds. The first is the PIMCO Dynamic Income Opportunities Fund (PDO), managed by PIMCO, one of the world’s largest fixed-income investment firms. The fund invests across corporate bonds, government debt, mortgage-backed securities, bank loans, and emerging market assets.
The second is the CMBI Investment Grade Bond Fund (CMIGB), managed by China Merchants Bank International. The fund focuses on investment-grade bonds from Asian and global credit markets.
Bybit said there are no subscription or redemption fees for either product. The exchange will also cover all on-chain gas fees for users.
Why are more tokenized bond products coming on-chain?
Interest in tokenized real-world assets has continued to grow as firms look for ways to bring traditional financial products onto blockchain networks.
Asset managers, banks, and tokenization platforms have increasingly launched blockchain-based versions of money market funds, treasury products, and bond funds. Supporters argue that tokenization can make these products easier to access while improving settlement and distribution.
Bybit said the launch comes as stablecoin adoption continues to expand and demand grows for products that combine traditional finance with blockchain infrastructure. The exchange added that RWA Earn is part of its broader effort to offer more financial products beyond crypto trading, including tokenized assets and other investment opportunities.
In another development, Bybit has deepened its foothold in Malaysia through a strategic investment in Hata, a licensed local crypto platform. This move highlights a dual-track strategy that strengthens compliance while accelerating growth through partnerships.
