Bitget has announced a new initiative to support women-led startups in the Web3 space.
As part of its $10 million Blockchain4Her program, the exchange’s new competition tagged “Pitch n Slay” aims to empower women entrepreneurs in the blockchain space by offering the opportunity to secure funding of up to $100,000, along with access to mentorship, resources, and valuable exposure.
The competition will begin with an initial round of pitches and conclude on November 15, when selected finalists will present their refined projects to a panel of investors and industry experts.
Backed by Foresight Ventures, World of Women, Women in Web3, and Bitget Wallet, the crypto exchange expects the initiative to serve as a gateway for women founders to receive essential resources, including capital, mentorship, and exposure.
Prominent figures such as Gracy Chen, CEO of Bitget; Taya A, CEO of World of Women; Min Xue, Partner at Foresight Ventures; and Tess Hau, Founder of Tess Ventures, will mentor finalists in areas like market strategy, technology, and scaling, according to the exchange.
The top three winners will receive grants of $5,000, $3,000, and $2,000, respectively, and the finalists will have an opportunity to pitch to Foresight Ventures for up to $100,000 in further funding.
Gracy Chen highlighted Bitget’s commitment to inclusivity, noting that women hold over 45% of its management roles.
Meanwhile, this development comes as the crypto exchange appoints Min Lin, a former Goldman Sachs executive and Binance VP, as the exchange’s Chief Business Officer. This move is expected to help accelerate Bitget’s growth and enhance its global reach.

Pitch n’ Slay Returns in 2026
The initiative continued in 2026 through another competition organized by Bitget and 0xConnect. The latest edition featured women-led projects working across several areas of Web3, including gaming, crypto markets, artificial intelligence, sustainability and digital asset inheritance.
The 2026 competition distributed $8,000 among the finalists, with the first-place winner receiving $3,000. The projects were assessed on their business ideas and potential contribution to the wider blockchain ecosystem.
The return of Pitch n’ Slay comes as Bitget continues to expand the scope of Blockchain4Her beyond startup competitions and direct funding.
