Eddid Financial, a fintech-focused financial services group, has entered a strategic partnership with EXIO Limited, one of Hong Kong’s first fully licensed virtual asset trading platforms, in a move aimed at boosting trading efficiency and liquidity in the city’s growing digital asset market.
As part of the collaboration, Eddid Financial will provide liquidity support and settlement services for EXIO’s virtual asset transactions. This integration is expected to significantly enhance the trading experience for institutional and high-net-worth clients by streamlining operations and reducing transactional friction.

The alliance builds on Eddid’s extensive background in both traditional finance and digital asset innovation. With multiple licenses issued by the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Commission (SFC), Eddid has positioned itself as a leader in secure, compliant virtual asset trading. Its subsidiary, Eddid Securities and Futures, is notably among the first licensed brokers in the region authorized to offer trading services for assets like Bitcoin, Ethereum, and stablecoins.
EXIO, on the other hand, brings strong technological capabilities and regulatory standing to the table. Since securing its license under Hong Kong’s Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Ordinance in December 2024, EXIO has focused on bridging the gap between Web2 and Web3 by offering trading, custody, and PayFi (payment + finance) solutions to institutional clients. With backing from major investors including Valuable Capital Group and VCREDIT Holdings, EXIO is also expanding its services to the retail sector while maintaining regulatory compliance across Hong Kong and Dubai.
Further reinforcing its digital asset strategy, Eddid Financial has also launched Bitcoin and Ether trading on its proprietary smart trading platform, Eddid ONE. The rollout positions Eddid as one of the few Hong Kong-based platforms to offer a multi-asset suite—including stocks, futures, forex, funds, and now crypto—within a single interface. By eliminating the need for separate wallets and enabling 24/7 access to virtual assets, Eddid ONE simplifies crypto trading for a broader base of investors.
