Australian crypto brokerage Caleb & Brown has integrated Ripple Payments to improve US dollar withdrawals for its clients.
The company said the integration is designed to make fiat withdrawals faster and more efficient by improving the systems that move money between crypto platforms and traditional banking networks.

While cryptocurrencies can be transferred within minutes, moving money through banks often takes longer because of settlement times and existing banking processes. Caleb & Brown said Ripple Payments helps reduce some of those delays.
Focus remains on moving money between crypto and banks
Chief Commercial Officer Jake Boyle said Ripple Payments connects the speed of digital assets with the reality that businesses and customers still rely on the US dollar and the traditional banking system.
The company said the new system improves the back-end infrastructure used for withdrawals, giving clients a smoother experience when moving funds out of their accounts.
Caleb & Brown added that it will continue investing in systems that make buying, selling, storing and withdrawing digital assets simpler and more reliable.
Fast deposits and withdrawals become a competitive edge
Moving money between crypto platforms and bank accounts remains one of the biggest challenges for the digital asset industry. While blockchain transactions can settle within minutes, bank transfers may still take hours or even days, depending on the country, banking partner and compliance checks.
This has led many crypto firms to partner with payment providers rather than build payment networks from scratch. Ripple has signed similar agreements with banks, payment companies and digital asset businesses looking to improve cross-border transfers and fiat settlements.
The latest partnership also shows that competition in crypto is no longer focused only on trading fees or the number of listed tokens. Exchanges and brokerages are increasingly competing on how quickly customers can deposit and withdraw money. Faster access to cash has become an important part of attracting both retail and institutional clients, especially as more traditional financial firms enter the digital asset market.
