Brickken has launched its tokenization system on Taiko, an Ethereum-compatible Layer 2 network. The system is built to support not just the creation of real-world assets on blockchain, but also how they are managed after they go live.
At first, tokenization focused on creating digital versions of assets like funds, shares, and private credit. Now that stage is changing.

The focus is moving to what happens after an asset is created. This includes tracking who owns it, handling transfers, checking compliance rules, and keeping records that can be reviewed later. Brickken said this is closer to how real financial systems work. Assets need to be managed all the time, not just issued once.
Tokenization is now about managing assets over time
The company also said blockchain is now being used in real operations, not just testing. That means systems must handle investor sign-ups, reporting, and controlled transfers in a clear and simple way. Taiko was chosen because it works like Ethereum but costs less to use and can handle more activity. This makes it easier for teams to build without changing their current tools.
The main challenge is no longer creating tokenized assets. It is managing them after launch. Assets like tokenized funds, real estate shares, and private credit need ongoing work. They need rules for who can invest, how profits are paid, and how records are shared. Brickken says its system helps with all of this in one place. Instead of using many tools, institutions can manage everything in a single system.
Do AI tools bring new control needs?
The update also includes AI agents that can act on blockchain systems for users or companies. These tools can help automate actions, but they also need limits. Systems must clearly set what they can and cannot do. Brickken mentions a framework called RAMS. It is used to control AI actions in regulated setups. It helps keep automation safe while still allowing systems to run on their own.
Meanwhile, Taiko brought together leading developers, researchers, and Web3 innovators at the inaugural Based Rollup Summit in Cannes. The event offered a deep exploration into the future of Ethereum scalability, the evolution of zero-knowledge technologies, and the growing integration of artificial intelligence within decentralized infrastructure.
