Trump Media & Technology Group Corp. (TMTG), the parent company of Truth Social and Truth.Fi, has signed a preliminary agreement with Crypto.com to explore the launch of a series of ETFs in the United States.
The partnership, announced on March 24, is still subject to regulatory approval.
The ETFs, set to debut later this year, will be introduced through Foris Capital US LLC, Crypto.com’s broker-dealer. According to the announcement, these ETFs will feature digital assets and securities with a “Made in America” theme. Crypto.com will handle infrastructure and custody services, ensuring the availability of cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), Solana (SOL), XRP, and Cronos (CRO).
The collaboration aims to make the ETFs accessible to investors worldwide, spanning the U.S., Europe, and Asia through existing brokerage platforms. Crypto.com co-founder and CEO Kris Marszalek emphasized the scale of the initiative, stating that the ETFs will be available to the platform’s 140 million users via the Crypto.com App.
Alongside the ETFs, TMTG is also rolling out Truth.Fi Separately Managed Accounts (SMA), a product in which the company plans to invest a portion of its cash reserves.
This development marks another step into the crypto space for U.S. President Donald Trump. However, Democratic lawmakers have raised concerns over potential conflicts of interest. House Representative Gerald Connolly recently accused Trump-linked entities of profiting over $100 million from TRUMP token trading fees, calling it a “money grab.” Meanwhile, Democrat Maxine Waters labelled the memecoin a “rug pull” and an example of the “worst of crypto.”
TMTG has not publicly addressed these accusations, and there are no formal investigations into these claims.
Meanwhile, The TRUMP memecoin, endorsed by Trump on March 23, saw a significant price surge after his promotion on Truth Social. He described the token as “SO COOL” and “The Greatest of them all,” marking his first endorsement since January, which renewed enthusiasm in the crypto market.
