Blockchain-AI project SingularityNET has partnered with Mind Network to enhance the security and privacy of AI agents by integrating Fully Homomorphic Encryption (FHE), a cutting-edge cryptographic technology that allows AI computations on encrypted data without decryption.
The partnership introduces the ASI Hub, a decentralized framework designed to fortify AI-driven applications against privacy risks and security threats. By leveraging Mind Network’s FHE technology, the ASI Hub enables verifiable authentication, privacy-first AI interactions, and cryptographically secure randomness, ensuring that AI agents operate in a trusted and tamper-resistant environment.
The ASI Hub introduces several crucial innovations, including verifiable randomness generation and cryptographically secure authentication. These features ensure trusted AI interactions and fair algorithmic processes across blockchain and AI ecosystems. The system supports various applications, from secure AI agent authentication to enhanced model training and decentralized governance.
The development comes at a time when AI-related crypto tokens have faced market volatility. According to Cookiefun, the total market capitalization of AI agent tokens has dropped from $10 billion to $5.74 billion.
Analysts have attributed this decline to investors reallocating funds into large-cap altcoins rather than diminishing confidence in AI technology.
Crypto researcher “Crypto Stream” outlined three key factors needed for AI tokens to regain momentum: stabilization of large-cap altcoins, sustained interest in AI agents, and the absence of a dominant new market narrative overshadowing AI advancements.
Beyond enhancing security, the ASI Hub plays a critical role in decentralized AI governance, reinforcement learning, and unbiased decision-making. It leverages cryptographically secured randomness to ensure fair validator selection, decentralized voting mechanisms, and tamper-resistant AI model training.
The partnership follows SingularityNET’s ASI token merger, which in June 2024 united Fetch.AI (FET), AGIX, and Ocean Protocol (OCEAN) under the ASI ecosystem. This move solidified SingularityNET’s position in decentralized AI innovation, aligning with its broader goal of securing and scaling AI agent solutions.
