Expanding access to U.S. digital asset markets
Through this partnership, Mercuryo aims to strengthen its position in the American crypto payments ecosystem by leveraging Coinme’s regulatory infrastructure and extensive local licensing. The integration will allow U.S. users to transact with cryptocurrencies and stablecoins through a secure and transparent channel aligning with growing demand for compliant on-ramp and off-ramp services.
Petr Kozyakov, Co-Founder and CEO of Mercuryo, said the partnership marks a “long-term commitment” to the U.S. market. “By collaborating with Coinme, we can expand our product suite while ensuring compliance and convenience for American users,” he stated.
Dilshan Dowlah, Head of U.S. Operations at Mercuryo, emphasized that Coinme’s infrastructure enables the company to “localize global expertise” and tailor services to meet the unique needs of the U.S. digital asset sector.
Driving adoption through seamless conversion
Coinme CEO and Co-Founder Neil Bergquist said the partnership will simplify the user experience by reducing barriers between fiat and crypto. “Our integration with Mercuryo allows people to move effortlessly between traditional and digital finance, a key step toward broader DeFi and Web3 adoption,” Bergquist noted.
Mercuryo continues to position itself as a Web3-first payments innovator, providing on-chain integration and multi-solution payment systems designed to improve capital flow within the DeFi ecosystem. The partnership with Coinme signals a continued focus on regulatory alignment and accessibility for both institutional and retail users.
In a related initiative, Mercuryo recently partnered with Bitget Wallet to launch a limited-time fee-free campaign for USD Coin (USDC) giving users cost-free access to the world’s second-largest stablecoin. The campaign follows Mercuryo’s latest on-ramp integration with Bitget Wallet, one of the fastest-growing non-custodial Web3 wallets in the space.
