Reflexivity Research, a subsidiary of DeFi Technologies Inc., has entered into a strategic partnership with Beluga, a platform renowned for simplifying cryptocurrency content and education.
This collaboration is designed to strengthen both companies’ foothold in the digital asset ecosystem by expanding research distribution, driving joint business development, and broadening advisory services.
Central to the partnership is a focus on delivering co-branded research and strategic advisory services tailored for token foundations and emerging crypto projects. By aligning their capabilities, Reflexivity and Beluga aim to build stronger referral networks, attract a wider client base, and improve access to institutional-grade research for both retail and institutional investors.

To support this mission, the two firms will jointly produce original content and engage in cross-platform promotions. This approach is intended to make complex on-chain research more digestible and engaging—particularly for newer participants entering the digital asset space.
Beluga CEO Sonny Singh underscored the synergy of the partnership, highlighting the combination of Reflexivity’s blockchain expertise with Beluga’s content distribution strength. He noted this integration will play a pivotal role in democratizing access to credible crypto research.
Adding to this, Olivier Roussy Newton, CEO of DeFi Technologies, said the alliance with Beluga will further cement Reflexivity’s role as a top-tier research provider in Web3. He emphasized that the partnership also advances DeFi Technologies’ broader strategy of enhancing its presence across both institutional and retail segments.
This collaboration forms part of DeFi Technologies’ long-term vision to bridge the gap between traditional finance and decentralized finance (DeFi) through its network of strategic subsidiaries and alliances. It comes at a time when demand for accessible, trustworthy digital asset research is rising as the sector continues to mature.
In parallel, DeFi Technologies reported a robust financial performance for May 2025, with US$812 million (C$1.1 billion) in assets under management, a 13.5% month-over-month increase. This growth was fueled by US$12.7 million (C$17.5 million) in net inflows and strong investor interest in its Valour exchange-traded products (ETPs), particularly those linked to BTC, SOL, ETH, ADA, and SUI.
