In a major step toward expanding Thailand’s digital asset footprint on the global stage, Kubix Digital Asset and D3 Labs have announced a strategic partnership designed to take Thai-issued investment tokens beyond domestic borders.
The collaboration revealed during the Money 20/20 Asia conference in Bangkok lays the groundwork for compliant, cross-border participation in Thailand’s rapidly evolving token ecosystem.
At the heart of the alliance is a shared mission: to bridge Thai digital projects with global investors. Kubix, an ICO portal under Orbix Holdings, is leveraging D3 Labs’ Web3 infrastructure to empower Thai issuers with the tools needed for international fundraising. The two firms will focus on three critical areas: enhancing global accessibility, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering scalable tokenization solutions.
This move comes amid a wave of regulatory momentum in Thailand. With the Securities and Exchange Commission recently allowing stablecoins like USDC and USDT in ICO transactions, the country has signalled a more open and innovation-friendly stance. Capitalizing on this shift, Kubix is now poised to broaden its investor base and diversify its token offerings to include alternative assets and real-world investment vehicles.
D3 Labs, a leader in cross-border, compliant blockchain infrastructure, views the partnership as a natural alignment of mission and values.

Adding to the country’s growing crypto momentum, KuCoin also launched a fully licensed crypto trading platform in Thailand. Operated through its subsidiary ERX Company Limited, KuCoin’s new exchange has obtained a digital asset exchange license from Thailand’s SEC, giving it the green light to operate legally within the nation’s regulatory framework.
