Broxus, a major contributor to The Open Network (TON) ecosystem, has introduced a new platform dubbed TON Factory to empower developers building decentralized exchanges (DEXs), blockchain-based games, and other high-throughput applications.
Announced on April 30 via Telegram, TON Factory is designed to fast-track development and scalability through a suite of modular components, integration tools, and hands-on technical support. The platform aims to serve both new entrants and seasoned builders on the TON network by streamlining the creation of robust and scalable decentralized applications.
“For OGs already building on TON, TON Factory helps you scale further,” the team said in the announcement.
According to Broxus, TON Factory is backed by a team of over 150 engineers experienced in deploying production-ready infrastructure for the TON ecosystem. It specifically targets developers working on layer-2 solutions and appchains using the TON Virtual Machine (TVM) technology.
The system’s architecture runs on Broxus’ proprietary Tycho protocol—a hybrid framework that merges TVM with a Directed Acyclic Graph (DAG) consensus mechanism. This setup reportedly delivers near-instant transaction finality and supports throughput of up to 35,000 transactions per second (TPS).
In addition to offering customized TVM chain deployments, TON Factory provides tailored scaling solutions to help teams meet the evolving demands of a growing user base. Broxus, known for developing key TON-based DeFi tools such as FlatQube (DEX), Octus Bridge (cross-chain protocol), and Ever Wallet, continues to expand its influence in the space.
Interest in the TON ecosystem has surged in recent months. In March 2025, the TON Foundation confirmed that major venture capital firms—including Sequoia Capital, Ribbit, Benchmark, Draper Associates, and others—poured over $400 million into the blockchain by purchasing Toncoin.
Additionally, the third-party crypto wallet “Wallet in Telegram,” developed by TON, has launched new features to improve user experience. The latest update allows multi-asset trading and offers passive income through yield rewards.
Toncoin, the native asset of the TON network, is currently priced at $3.22, down approximately 1% in the last 24 hours, per CoinMarketCap data.
