EVIDENT has partnered with IDA Finance Hong Kong Limited to tokenize and distribute revenue-based financing (RBF) investment instruments on the Micro Connect (Macao) Financial Assets Exchange (MCEX).
This collaboration aims to integrate blockchain technology into traditional finance by focusing on tokenizing, distributing, and settling RBF investments using stablecoins.
The partnership aims to facilitate access to cash flow-based investment instruments for Web3 investors and the private wealth sector while addressing financing gaps for micro and small businesses. They create a transparent and efficient investment ecosystem by combining EVIDENT’s blockchain market infrastructure with IDA’s stablecoin technology.
EVIDENT is involved in tokenizing RBF investment instruments using blockchain to improve asset lifecycle management, enhancing liquidity and operational efficiency while ensuring regulatory compliance. Additionally, IDA’s stablecoin infrastructure connects traditional finance with digital assets, enabling secure transactions and broadening access for Web3 investors.
Both parties are collaborating to transform the RBF landscape by merging traditional financial structures with the flexibility of digital assets. This partnership aims to create new growth opportunities for global businesses in capital markets.
Similarly, EVIDENT partnered with Octiv Capital, a licensed virtual asset manager in Hong Kong, to improve access to regulated virtual asset investments for high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional clients. This collaboration combines Octiv Capital’s expertise in cryptocurrency portfolio management with EVIDENT’s tokenization and fund distribution capabilities.
In addition to this partnership, IDA, in collaboration with Quinlan & Associates, released a report titled “From Digital Currency to Legal Tender: The Role of Regulated Stablecoins in Driving Real-World Payments.” The report discusses the potential of regulated stablecoins to connect blockchain technology with traditional finance. IDA Co-Founder Lawrence Chu highlighted the ability of stablecoins to transform global financial systems. At the same time, Co-Founder Sean Lee announced plans for an HKD-based stablecoin to boost Hong Kong’s digital economy and decrease reliance on USD-pegged currencies.
