DWF Labs, a Web3 market maker and crypto investor, has entered a strategic partnership with The Blockchain Center Abu Dhabi.
This collaboration, marked by a signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), highlights their shared commitment to fostering innovation and growth in the Web3 sector across the MENA region.
The partnership will focus on initiatives designed to strengthen the Web3 ecosystem, including accelerator programs for early-stage crypto projects, ecosystem grants, and strategic advisory services to drive sustainable growth. Leveraging its extensive global network, DWF Labs will also facilitate collaborations to promote crypto adoption and support emerging projects in the region.
DWF Labs has a well-established presence in the MENA Web3 landscape, having partnered with Bybit and DMCC Crypto Centre to host the region’s flagship Web3 hackathon for the past two years.
Abdullah Dhaheri, CEO of The Blockchain Center Abu Dhabi, highlighted the partnership’s transformative potential.
“Through this partnership, we want to drive impactful advancements in market making, blockchain research, institutional support, and the design of forward-thinking policy advocacy across the region,”
he stated.
Andrei Grachev, Managing Partner at DWF Labs, emphasized the shared vision.
“By collaborating with The Blockchain Center Abu Dhabi, we aim to empower entrepreneurs and developers with the resources necessary to accelerate the growth of the crypto ecosystem in the region,”

The collaboration aligns with Abu Dhabi’s growing prominence as a hub for blockchain and Web3 innovation. This momentum is further demonstrated by the Aptos Foundation’s recent decision to establish a regional office in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM). The office will serve as a centre for regional partnerships and support for Aptos projects, benefiting from the UAE’s pro-blockchain policies and culture of innovation. Aptos aims to collaborate with local stakeholders, accelerating blockchain ecosystem growth while reinforcing the UAE’s status as a global blockchain leader.
