After a successful mainnet launch, Goracle has shifted its focus to the second phase of its Incentivized Testnet to develop new features and integrate new dApps.
As part of the Incentivized Testnet Phase II, Goracle is honing in on testing a Polygon-based decentralized application (dApp) known as KiX.digital. The platform, which operates as a Football DEX Trading Exchange, is designed to allow traders to buy and sell Footballer tokens while reaping rewards based on real-life on-pitch performances. It’s an innovative concept that blends the world of sports with the rapidly evolving crypto landscape.
A key element that will enable KiX.digital to function seamlessly is Goracle’s use of real-world sports data feeds. By leveraging this valuable data, KiX can accurately simulate player performance scenarios and provide its users with an engaging and authentic experience.
To ensure a thorough testing process, the KiX Alpha Test will create game groups consisting of a minimum of three football matches each day for five days. By drawing from the historical data provided by Goracle, the platform can rigorously assess its functionalities and address any potential issues.
Participants in the tests will be required to link their crypto wallets and receive free $FreeKix tokens, the platform’s designated currency. These tokens will be used for trading named player tokens, also referred to as DATs (Digital Athlete Tokens).
The test participants will be rewarded with a share of the 20,000 $GORA tokens reward pool, along with exclusive access to future benefits and privileges.
What makes this collaboration even more remarkable is the fact that while Goracle operates on the Algorand blockchain, it is venturing into external blockchain networks to accommodate the specific needs of next-generation dApps like KiX.digital.
Traditional blockchain oracles have often struggled to keep up with the speed and data demands of high-frequency and statistics-heavy applications like KiX. Goracle, however, rises to the challenge as a next-generation solution tailored precisely to cater to the requirements of such cutting-edge dApps.
As Goracle continues to pioneer the integration of blockchain technology with real-world applications, the success of this cross-chain testing on Polygon is a major milestone. It brings us one step closer to a future where decentralized applications can seamlessly tap into real-world data for diverse applications beyond the confines of finance and cryptocurrency.
