Binance Announces Delisting of 14 Cryptocurrencies Through 'Vote to Delist' Program

Binance has announced that it will delist 14 cryptocurrencies due to its community-driven “Vote to Delist” program.

This delisting will take effect on April 16, 2025, and will impact tokens such as Badger DAO (BADGER), Balancer (BAL), and Beta Finance (BETA). This decision highlights Binance’s commitment to maintaining a strong platform by involving its user base in governance decisions.

The firm has established a step-by-step schedule for the delisting procedure: Support for mining pools and futures contracts will end on April 14, 2025, followed by the termination of margin trading and flexible loan services on April 15, 2025. From April 16, 2025, all spot trading pairs for the affected tokens will be removed, and deposits will no longer be credited. Withdrawals of these tokens will be discontinued on June 9, 2025. Users should take necessary actions before these deadlines to avoid potential losses. Binance has mentioned that any remaining balances in these tokens may be converted into stablecoins after June 10, though this conversion is not guaranteed.
