The developers of the blockchain project, Conflux Network (CFX), have officially launched a Bug Bounty Program.
The initiative, aimed at enhancing its ecosystem by encouraging the community to report bugs and suggest improvements, was announced on January 15, 2025. It will run until February 15, 2025, offering rewards ranging from 10 to 500 CFX.
The developers noted that the program’s focus is to identify issues within several key areas of the Conflux ecosystem, including tools like Fluent Wallet and Conflux Scan, as well as inaccuracies on official platforms such as the Conflux website and social media. Participants can also report incorrect information on partner platforms, such as logos or project descriptions.
The program’s reward system is in a tiered format to incentivize participation. Minor issues or basic improvement suggestions will earn 10 CFX, while more significant findings, including security vulnerabilities, could result in rewards up to 500 CFX, depending on their severity and impact. They stated that a special Technical Committee will review submissions and determine the appropriate reward for each report.
To participate, users must submit a detailed report through an online form, including a bug description, the environment in which it was found, and reproducibility steps supported by evidence like screenshots or videos. Submissions will be reviewed within 10 working days after the program ends, with rewards distributed within 15 working days. The developers noted that only original, verifiable, and comprehensive reports will qualify for rewards.
This Bug Bounty Program is the latest move by the developers to boost activity in Conflux’s ecosystem. The blockchain platform recently partnered with Bit.Store, a leading crypto payment service provider, to further expand the real-world utility of its native token, CFX. The collaboration integrated CFX into Bit. Store’s Web3 CryptoCard product, which supports virtual, physical, and gift card payment options.
